Radiator cleaning method:

1. Start the vehicle and bring it to normal temperature.

2. Slowly open the water tank cover, shake the water tank liquid, and the cleaning agent can be mixed with any brand of coolant.

3. No less than 15 minutes of idling, no less than 30 minutes of no cleaning for two years.

4. Then drain the coolant and rinse the water tank until clear water comes out, suitable for any water circulation system.

5. After the cleaning is completed, after repairing the pipeline, add liquid to the water tank and inject new coolant and clean water.

How to remove the radiator:

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Drain the radiator fluid.

3. Remove all plastic covers around the heat sink.

4. Disconnect the fan's electrical connector and remove the fan assembly.

5. Disconnect the radiator hose from the radiator.

6. Disconnect the transmission cooling line from the bottom of the radiator.

7. Remove the clips, brackets, or screws holding the heat sink to its frame.

8. Lift the radiator up and out of the vehicle.

How to install a new radiator:

1. Slide the new radiator into place.

2. Attach the brackets that hold the radiator in place.

3. Connect the transmission cooling line.

4. Connect the engine cooling hose to the radiator.

5. Replace the fan and fan shroud and connect the fan's electrical connections.

7. Replace the plastic cover.

8. Fill the radiator with fluid.

9. Check for leaks.
