Type: Coolant temperature sensor, used to monitor Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT).

Thread: M12 × 1.5 mm (common mounting format in the cooling system's metal conduit).

Material: Metal body (brass) with a seal (gasket or O-ring).

Function: Sends an electrical signal proportional to the coolant temperature, which is read by the ECU and dashboard; activates fans, regulates fuel mixture, and controls other parameters.
